What does it mean ''Article not available''?

Article not available is the one, which is generally stock item, but currently sold out and probably soon will be in our warehouse.

Who is my account manager?

You can find the information who is your contact person on the website, by clicking on Contact and choose one of the export sales managers - depending on the language you speak.

How to log in on to the website?

You can find the LOG IN link in upper right corner of the page.To log in you need a unique login and a password, which you can get from your account manager.

How can I send a complaint?

To send a complaint please Log in to your account and download complaint form by clicking ''Download ''. Fill it in and send it to your account manager.

Can you send the goods directly to my customer?

Yes we can. We send it anonymously. You just have to add this information in your order.

What is the difference between PU leather and genuine leather?

PU leather is imitation of leather, usually made from various types of plastics combined with fabric or nonwoven, while genuine leather is a natural material of animal origin.

How can I get a login and a password to the website?

To get a login and a password to the website click on "Log in" which is in upper right corner of the page, choose option "create an account" and fill in the form. Click "Send a request for access". Our sales team verify if your company is an advertising agency and then can activate your personal account.

What does it mean "set up fee"?

A set up fee is an additional charge that covers the cost of setting up the machine for exact project.

What does an exclamation mark mean, which is next to the price of a product?

An exclamation mark means that the item is available until stocks last and will be removed from the offer.

What is production lead time?

The delivery time of the products you order depends on the type of product you choose if is available in stock or is made to order , products without marking are sent the next working day, products with marking are sent in three working days counting from the day you accept the artwork of your logo , if made to order , the lead time must be agreed with your customer advisor any time. Average waiting time: 2-4 weeks depending on the season.

Can you do the branding on the product that I send to you? What is the price?

Yes, we can mark your product. You can get the information regarding prices from your account manager.

What is the delivery time?

We send shipments by DPD. Delivery time depends on your country, for more details contact your customer advisor. We can also send express shipments byTNT with an additional cost.

Does the product have packaging?

We try to sell most of our products with the packaging. You can find the information about the packaging in the product card, in section Features. You can also view a photo of this packaging near by the main photo of the product. If the product does't have a packaging you can find propositions of well matched to buy additionally in the same card of the product.

Can I order special product with individual needs?

Yes, you can order items which we don't have in our basic offer, we are specialized in production according to customer needs. Send your request to the account manager.

What kinds of marking methods are available?

We do marking by several methods which are: embossing, hot stamping, laser engraving, print. It depends on the material of the product. What does it mean that the article is made to order?

Items which are made to order are those which we don't have in stock, but we produce them in our factory, when are ordered. In this case lead time should be agreed with your account manager.

How can I place an online order?

To place an online order you have to add the product to your Cart by clicking on the product card in availability section, next to the chosen color. Once you have moved to your Shopping Cart you can select the type of packaging, the way of marking, the quantity you want to order and maybe some product additions. You can attach graphics files and add a description to the selected product or to the whole order.

What is my discount?

If you are logged in you can see your discount by clicking on MY ACCOUNT or in each product card in section prices . Prices including discount are displayed only for logged in users. If you are not our client yet please write us on e-mail: sales@jaguargift.com

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping to all EU countries is free for orders over 1000 €. The shipping cost for orders below this amount depends on the country. 17 € - Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia. 20 € - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain. 22 € - Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden. For other countries please contact your sales manager.
