Although for you we are suppliers, for the majority of our lives we are customers. We buy privately, we buy as a company. We buy products, presents, we buy food and vacations.
Everyday we are serviced by companies giving aways all types of bonuses. We got used to getting 20% extra, 50% extra. We don't bother with the fact that every "extra" is included in the price. We are not surprised that the promoted products are more expensive than the products which are not promoted.
At the same time, we have problems with accepting the basic parameters of the things we buy. Batteries do not work long enough, toys break down after a few days, food spoils before its expiry date, phones break precisely after 12 months, paint colours do not resemble those pictured on the paint packaging, for most companies delivery dates mean nothing more than a customer's caprice and not a serious obligation which influences his work.
