Placing inquiry / order
1. Placing inquiry by customer (by email, fax, mail)
2. Response: preparing calculation (estimation), sending the offer
3. Placing order by the customer
Accepting order
1. Discussing details of order realization
2. Confirming acceptance of order for realization
3. Handing over the order specification to production
